This site allows you to create your own custom Google Maps. It is very simple to use.
Creating a Map:
All you need to do is enter the name of your map in the form below. You'll then be taken to a map of Singapore. By clicking on a location on the map you can then place a marker at that location and include it's description.
Sharing Your Map:
To share your map with other people just send them the link to it, they will then be able to view your map (with any location markers you've added) and also add their own location markers to the map.
